A clipboard that travels with you.

People already bounce work between Claude Code, Claude Desktop, claude.ai, ChatGPT, and other assistants. Today that usually means saving an artifact, re-uploading it, or pasting a long block into the next chat. stashrelay replaces that dance with a short-lived shared clipboard: ask one conversation to stash a prompt, draft, note, or diff; retrieve it from any other connected client.

The tools stay small on purpose — stash, read, pop, list, discard, and clear — with clipboard semantics models can reason about: named keys, slot limits, TTL expiry, and a hard reject when the stack is full. Stashing always copies content and never modifies files on your machines.

Developers moving a git diff between machines are one audience. Content creators and prompt writers who work across multiple AI systems are first-class users too. If your job is a short handoff of text between assistants, stashrelay is built for that.

stashrelay is deliberately not long-term storage, a notes app, or a memory product. Items are slot-limited and time-bounded on purpose — transit, not a filing cabinet. Everyone shares the same free-plan limits (1 slot, 1 hour item lifetime); expiry is not optional. Never keep your only copy of something in the stash.
